Welcome to Year 2!

Croeso i'r Dosbarth 2!

Here you will find information, pictures and videos of what we have been up to in Year 2.

Our Autumn term theme is called 'Seize the Season', where we will be looking at all things related to autumn.

We have started our new Year 2 learning journey by hooking into the children's interests and following their interests. Our books/stories change on a weekly basis, based on what the children show an interest in. So far, our books have included The Leaf Thief, Fletcher and the Falling Leaves, Fox's Favourite Autumn to name but a few!

In RE, we will be learning about Belonging, Baptism and Advent as directed by our Come and See scheme. We enjoy daily meditation sessions in class and love taking part in class worship, which is led by our worship leaders. We also reflect daily using The Examen Prayer. 

Our PE day is on a Monday. Fruit is now available for all children (with no charge).
